What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, message and any service interests you choose to provide. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.

How we use your information

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss potential work and manage related communications. Enquiry details are not used to subscribe you to marketing communications without a separate opt-in. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Service providers

This website uses Netlify for hosting and Netlify Forms to process enquiries. Enquiry information is stored in Netlify and notifications are sent to fiona@horwill.com.au through our email provider. Netlify and its service providers may process information outside Australia, including in the United States. See Netlify’s privacy information for further details.

The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to request these fonts, which shares technical information such as your IP address with Google. See Google Fonts privacy information.

Data retention and security

We take reasonable steps to protect enquiry information and retain it only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, manage any resulting work and meet applicable legal obligations. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Access, correction and questions

You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information you have supplied. We will consider requests in accordance with applicable law, including any record-keeping obligations. If you have a privacy concern, please contact us so we can investigate and respond.
