What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, message and any service interests you choose to provide. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.

How we use your information

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss potential work and manage related communications. Enquiry details are not used to subscribe you to marketing communications without a separate opt-in. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Service providers

This website uses Netlify for hosting and Netlify Forms to process enquiries. Enquiry information is stored in Netlify and notifications are sent to fiona@horwill.com.au through our email provider. Netlify and its service providers may process information outside Australia, including in the United States. See Netlify’s privacy information for further details.

The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to request these fonts, which shares technical information such as your IP address with Google. See Google Fonts privacy information.

Analytics and cookies

This website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and how people use its pages. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as pages visited, device and browser details, and approximate location. Google may process this information outside Australia, including in the United States. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in this website’s tag.

You can turn analytics on or off through Cookie settings at the bottom of the page. Your choice is saved in your browser until you change it or clear your browser storage. A previously saved Decline choice remains respected. Our analytics code does not send enquiry messages, names or email addresses as event parameters. We take reasonable steps to protect enquiry information and retain it only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, manage any resulting work and meet applicable legal obligations. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information you have supplied. We will consider requests in accordance with applicable law, including any record-keeping obligations. If you have a privacy concern, please contact us so we can investigate and respond.
